The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel is set back from the road, so it was quiet. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, informing me about breakfast and wake-up call options. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the option of choosing between hard and soft pillows. The restaurant in the evening was a pleasant surprise. The food was cooked to perfection, and the staff, especially our waitress Konstantina, were attentive and friendly. The manager ensured my dietary needs were met, and the timing and organization of the staff were impeccable.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn near Gatwick for an overnight stay before my flight. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient, as I was able to park right outside to unload and then had a short 5-second walk to the parking area. The hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the check-in process was efficient even though we arrived late at night. the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food options, including juices, hot drinks, cereals, fruit, and cooked choices.
The room was a bit too warm and we couldn't adjust the thermostat below 19c. We were able to open a window, but it would have been better if we could control the temperature more easily.

I had a great experience at this hotel during my recent stay. its location is very convenient as it is close to the airport, which made my travel easier. Also, the hotel is situated near Lingfield race course where I had a great experience on Saturday evening. Secondly, the services provided by the hotel were top-notch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing great customer service in the bar and restaurant. The room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe provided enhanced comfort for my stay. Additionally, the free wi-fi in the rooms was a nice bonus, and the garden furniture on the terrace was a great place to relax.
Although the breakfast prices at the hotel's restaurant were high, the quality of the food and the size of the room exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone in terms of providing great service and comfortable accommodation.
